It begins looking for you if you wramm a police car. You may simply drive as you do it in real - it can be good, or you are trying to wramm police car - aUnfortunately, police doesn't look for you when you are the "easy driver" as I am.
Need for speed world free#
Violence: It depends on how you drive in free roam mode. Sorry for that big boi to read, the summary is up above under TL DR. The game, once again, isn't inappropriate, just bad in general).Īn alternative game, in my opinion, would be The Crew or The Crew 2, it has similar mechanics to this game being an online MMO. I'm pretty sure they killed it because the game made them look like trash, and gave a bad reputation to the Need For Speed franchise, so they got rid of it so this fail doesn't make them look bad.
Need for speed world Offline#
It's not like this even matters anymore because the game is dead, and you can't play it even if you wanted to (unless you do modding and get the offline version, which is MUCH better than the original experience, as it takes out a lot of pay to win stuff, but you need to be tech savvy enough to do that). (I rated the game 13+ because I belive the minimum age to get online is 13 anyway (like using Twitter or something, IDK)) This is not a fault of the game, but more of the community, which is present in every online game anyway.
I would rate this game a lower age rating from the actual game's content, because the actual game content is not that bad (other than the illegal street racing encouragement, wreckless driving, evading police, blah blah blah - good if your kid knows not to do this kind of stuff in real life - no story line or role models at all so yeah.), but some people online can do some weird things, i.e swear (like say a bad word with a period in it so the game's filtration system can't pick it up (i.e: game / g.ame)). If you don't want your little kid coming back for your credit card to get a cool car, and then again for some cool wheels, and then for another cool car, and so on/so forth, don't get this game. BUT, a lot of vehicles and customization are locked behind a second currency that you need to pay for. The thing is, this game would have gotten a higher rating from me IF you didn't HAVE to pay to unlock certain vehicles, and instead can do just races. The game may be free, but you need to spend real world money to do a lot of stuff (i.e buying fast cars, customization, etc.). However, the actual quality is trash because its all just pay to win, "BUY ME FOR $", and, well, I would stay away, not because anything bad is in it, but because of the fact that there are a LOT of paid stuff in the game, and you can find a much better option for a little cash. The game itself is not inappropriate for your kid (online interactions not included, read 2nd paragraph for that). Sorry if you hate reading (because this is one long boi), but the TL DR is that the game is okay, but you need to pay to get to a lot of stuff, and some people online doing whatever they want bumped the rating to 13.
